The Temporary Copilot Enablement & Adoption Specialist - Supply Chain will support the expansion of Microsoft Copilot across Supply Chain by coordinating key rollout activities including licensing support, training completion tracking, onboarding readiness, stakeholder follow-up, and enablement content development.

This role will help establish and translate the foundational documentation, knowledge resources, communications, and operating processes needed to scale Copilot adoption in a structured, repeatable way across teams and roles.

This role is designed as a temporary enablement and rollout support position, not as the long-term technical owner of Copilot strategy, security governance, or platform optimization.

In this role, you will:

  • Support Copilot rollout operations across Supply Chain, including license coordination, training completion tracking, onboarding readiness, cost center documentation, and follow-up with functional leads and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain standardized enablement materials such as job aids, quick-reference guides, step-by-step instructions, prompt libraries, templates, and reusable documentation to support consistent Copilot usage across teams.
  • Translate complex Copilot use cases and working examples into clear, structured, and accessible materials for business users.
  • Design and develop scalable learning content, including demo-based materials, role-based use case guides, and future-state training assets that can be reused across Supply Chain functions.
  • Adapt core Copilot materials for different supply chain functions and roles so content is relevant, actionable, and immediately usable by end users.
  • Build and maintain a centralized source of truth for Copilot enablement content in SharePoint or a similar Microsoft-based platform, with strong organization, navigation, searchability, and content standards.
  • Support targeted enablement communications such as email campaigns, launch materials, tip-of-the-week content, and function- or role-specific learning nudges that reinforce adoption and behavior change.
  • Help ensure enablement materials and onboarding content align with approved internal guidance, usage guardrails, and established ways of working for responsible use of Copilot.
  • Assist with adoption reporting and continuous improvement by capturing common questions, consolidating feedback, maintaining trackers, and identifying opportunities to improve self-service resources and reduce manual support over time.

What we look for:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, curriculum design, training content development, business enablement, or similar work in a corporate environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex concepts and emerging tool usage into clear, structured, and practical documentation and learning materials.
  • Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 apps and Copilot 365. Experience organizing content and resources in SharePoint or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction, organize ambiguous inputs into structured outputs, and prioritize scalable, repeatable solutions over one-off support.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, operations partners, and other support teams to coordinate rollout activities, follow through on actions, and support issue routing where needed.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology adoption, digital transformation, or change enablement initiatives is preferred.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Copilot or other LLM-based tools is preferred, but deep technical development expertise is not required.
  • Familiarity with adoption tracking, user feedback consolidation, reporting, or continuous improvement practices is preferred.
  • General awareness of responsible AI, governance, or compliance considerations within Microsoft 365 environments is preferred, with emphasis on following approved guidance rather than owning governance design.

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Establishment of a centralized, structured Copilot enablement knowledge base and resource library.
  • Improved visibility into licensing, training completion, onboarding readiness, and rollout support activities.
  • Increased consistency in Copilot guidance, templates, learning materials, and role-based resources across Supply Chain teams.
  • Reduction in ad hoc support needs through stronger self-service documentation, standardized materials, and more repeatable support processes.
  • Creation of a scalable enablement model that supports broader Copilot adoption across supply chain functions and roles.
