The Deductions Manager is responsible for leading and governing all deduction‑related operations delivered through a Managed Service Provider (MSP). This role ensures accurate, timely, and efficient deduction management by providing strategic direction, performance oversight, and process stewardship. Acting as the primary liaison between Clorox’s internal Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) stakeholders and the MSP, the Deductions Manager ensures service levels are met, issues are escalated appropriately, and continuous improvement opportunities are identified and executed.
